Our president has been a custom CBT developer and project leader since 1973. You write the content - We put it on-line

Often when a firm outsources its CBT development or eLearning design, it is for the technical computer-based expertise because there isn't enough time to learn the subtleties of the authoring system. Some CBT vendors will only perform the authoring tasks if they are also contracted to design and create the content.

Our approach lets you write the course. We provide you with Word templates for storyboarding the basic screen types: text, multiple-choice, true/false, etc.)

When it's done, email us the files; we do the rest! You will receive a working, tested version of the course via the appropriate medium (CD, internet, etc.).

We will also send you the "source" files so you can make any desired changes (or we'll continue to make them for you, if desired).

If the previous option appeals to you, but you don't want to be dependent on an outside service, we will help you to identify the best authoring tool for the task you need to perform, and will provide you with training in its use.

This way, you will be totally independent and able to do your own CBT development.

Courseware Maintenance

Never have a course be out of date again! We will work with you to perform all maintenance activities. You tell us what to change and we will deliver to you a final updated program ready to run (via Web or CD).

One client came to us with a CBT course that had been developed two years earlier by another vendor. The vendor was no longer in business. Significant revisions needed to be made to the course. We made the revisions and continued to do so periodically for the client until the course reached end-of-life.
